Creating Your Account
- Visit wallu.ai/register
- Enter your email and create a password
- Verify your email address
- Complete your profile
Organization Settings
After creating your account, configure your organization:
- Organization Name: Your company or project name
- Timezone: For scheduling and analytics
- Default Language: Primary language for AI responses
Team Members
Invite team members to collaborate:
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter their email and select a role
- They'll receive an invitation email
Roles

Security
Enable two-factor authentication for added security:
- Go to Settings → Security
- Click "Enable 2FA"
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- Enter the verification code

Voice AI Minutes
Voice AI minutes are tracked separately from AI response credits. Each plan includes a monthly allocation that resets on your billing date.
Every call uses the same engine and the same allowance. There is no separate voice
tier to choose: you pick a voice, and that is it.
The allowance is shared across every surface. Minutes spent talking to the widget on
your website are minutes your Discord bot no longer has — **one allowance, not one per
channel**. When it runs out, Voice AI switches off until your next billing date.

Can I change plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes are prorated.
