The AI Chatbot for Discord That Answers From Your Own Docs.

Paste in your FAQs, drop in your docs, or pull in a page from your site. The bot answers from that and nothing else, in the channels you pick, and it goes quiet the moment a moderator steps in. From $4.99/month.

What it does

  • Answers From Your Docs — Semantic search across the FAQs, files and pages you added. Not a general purpose chatbot guessing about your product.
  • Answers at 2am — Members ask when your moderators are asleep. The bot answers then, in their language, without waking anyone.
  • Per-Channel Control — Set each channel to off, mention-only, or answer everything. Active in #support, silent in #off-topic.
  • Your Own Bot, Your Name — You connect your own Discord application, so it joins under your community name and avatar rather than ours.
  • Analytics Dashboard — Track engagement, common questions, and user satisfaction with detailed analytics.
  • Human Takeover — The bot goes quiet the moment one of your moderators replies, and resumes after 15 minutes of inactivity.
  • It Talks in Voice Channels — Not text-to-speech reading out a reply. It listens and answers out loud in a voice channel, from the same knowledge base, and stops when you start speaking.

What you get

  • Every channel is included on every plan, the $4.99 one included
  • One account covers every server your bot joins, with no per-server fee
  • Strict mode keeps it silent instead of guessing when your docs do not cover a question
  • Nothing to host and no code to write, you paste a token and it is online
  • The same knowledge base answers on your website, email, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Slack and Telegram
  • Voice minutes are one monthly pool shared with the website widget, so the same allowance covers both instead of being counted twice

Who uses it

  • Gaming Communities — Answer gameplay questions, server rules, and event details automatically while moderators focus on community building.
  • SaaS Support — Provide instant technical support, feature explanations, and troubleshooting guides to your users.
  • Ecommerce Communities — Answer "where is my order" with the real tracking number, read live from Shopify or WooCommerce.
  • Educational Communities — Answer student questions, share resources, and provide course information 24/7.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add the bot to my server?

You run your own bot, so it carries your community name and avatar instead of ours. In the Discord Developer Portal, create a New Application and copy its Application ID, then open the Bot tab to reset and copy the token, and switch on the Message Content and Server Members intents. Paste the Application ID and token into Wallu under Integrations, and your bot comes online on its own connection. Click Invite to Server to authorise it in your guild, then set each channel to off, only when tagged, or all messages. It takes a few minutes, and because the application belongs to you, you can reset the token yourself whenever you want.

How does the AI learn about my community?

You build the knowledge base, which is why the answers stay accurate. Paste question and answer pairs in bulk, upload .txt, .md, .json, .csv or .docx files, type notes in directly, or crawl a page from your site one URL at a time. Wallu searches all of it semantically when a member asks something. It does not train on your conversations, and it does not change what it knows unless you edit it.

Can I control what the bot says?

Yes, in three places. Per channel you choose off, only when tagged, or all messages. In settings you can switch on answer only from my knowledge base, which makes the bot stay quiet rather than improvise when your documents do not cover the question. And the knowledge base is directly editable, so changing an answer means editing one entry.

What happens if the bot does not know an answer?

With answer only from my knowledge base switched on it says nothing rather than guessing, which is usually what you want in a public channel. Otherwise it hands off to your moderators. Either way, the moment a moderator replies the bot goes quiet in that conversation and resumes after 15 minutes of inactivity, so it never talks over your team.

What do I actually get for $4.99 a month?

Assist Mini includes 350 AI credits a month. One Discord reply costs one credit, and that same allowance covers every other channel you connect, so no channel is locked behind a higher plan. Mini plans come with a 7-day free trial. Voice AI and the third-party plugin API start on higher plans.

Can the bot talk in a voice channel?

Yes, and it is a real conversation rather than a robot reading out a reply. Pick a voice channel in your Discord settings and the bot joins when someone enters it, listens, and answers out loud from the same knowledge base that answers in text. It stops talking the moment you start, and leaves on its own when the channel empties or nobody has spoken for two minutes. A moderator can also summon it anywhere with /voice join. Every call is recorded and transcribed into your inbox, so you can read back what was asked. Voice AI is included from the Starter plan upwards; see the pricing page for the minutes each plan includes.

Do voice minutes on Discord come out of the same allowance as my website?

Yes, on purpose. Your plan includes a number of voice minutes per month, and that is one pool shared across every surface. If you use part of it on the website widget, what is left is what Discord has, rather than each place getting its own separate allowance. The bot tells you in the channel how many minutes are left when it joins, warns you near the end, and leaves when they run out.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, we never share it, we do not train public models on it, and you can delete it at any time.
