Facebook Messenger, Slack, email (IMAP/SMTP or a dedicated inbound address), and a REST API with webhooks for anything not on this list. Shopify merchants can install the Wallu app from the Shopify App Store; WordPress and WooCommerce stores install the Wallu connector plugin, which needs no API keys.
